Top 5 features of Sublimation Uniforms that make everyone love it

Sublimation uniforms

Digital printing technology has advanced vastly in modern days and as result, it's merged and diversified the printing industries. In past, we saw this type of development and adaptation with the rise of eco-solvent printers, and now with dye-sublimation printers.

The sublimation idea of uniforms has taken the printing world by storm. The idea is to allow users to digitally add custom graphics to clothing, chairs, snowboards, fabrics, promotional products and more. For many printing businesses, this quick and effective digital printing services are replacing traditional screen-printing for output that requires multiple colours and photographic imagery.

So why people are choosing sublimation uniforms over traditional screen printing? Here are top 5 features of sublimation uniforms that make everyone love it.

    1. Uniqueness

One of the main features of sublimated shirts is that it is unique. Unique in a sense that even If you are printing the same print in various other shirts, each and every piece will be different to other. If you are ordering a large order of same prints, there is always an unnoticeable difference between them.

2. Customisation

The main reason why people are choosing sublimated shirts for traditional prints is that of its full-customisation ability. The sublimation dye process allows the user to customise the designs and colours the way they want. Also, the sublimation process has the ability to choose from unlimited colours using large CMYK printer with special ink, unlike screen printing which requires screens for each colour of the design.

3. Low cost

The sublimation printing process is economically viable for small-quantity printing whereas the unit cost is similar in both short and long production runs. The screen printing process has higher setup cost and large production is needed to be cost-effective, and the unit cost is higher than its counterpart.

4. Wrinkle-free

As we all witnessed with normal printing shirts, after wash, the prints tend to crack and separate away from the shirts. But with sublimated prints, there is no cracking or peeling and they last as you are in the hold of the garment. Also, the sublimated shirts are made with polyester fabric that is light and cool in the summertime and after the wash, it does not wrinkle as it is the problem with normal prints and woollen or cotton shirts.

5. Sublimation is forever

Sublimation process has solved one of the major problems we had with the normal printing process, that is colour fading. The design is rather dyed into the threads of the shirt rather than printing on top of the garment, ensuring it will never fade.

Sublimation shirt is the next big thing that the world will embrace and as the world is adapting the new development in the printing process, we believe it is the cornerstone that every printing company that needs to aspire to focus on. At Spida sports, Sublimation prints are our speciality and we aspire to supply the guaranteed quality goods with the customised print that our customer wants. Do's and Don'ts of Team Wear That You Need to Know

importance of teamwear

Team wear is what defines a team, it gives a sense of unity and fearlessness a team possess. Imagine your team’s bus pulling up to the stadium for a huge game. As the player’s get off of the coaches, you notice everyone is dressed differently, in their own individual style of clothing. How do you feel? Now imagine opponent’s team bus pulls off and the players get off the bus, you notice everyone is dressed in their team gear or matching suits. What’s your first impression?

Team gears and apparels are the first things we all notice, it is what differentiates a team from a bunch of people. Proper team color and gears are what gives fans something to cheer about and many people don’t realise it but team’s athletic gear says a lot about a team and has a lot of effect on its supporters. While accessories like headbands, shoe color may not match especially in football, as everyone has their own choice. When a team doesn’t match, they give off an air of unprofessionalism and that translates to lack of cohesiveness, as well as lack of respect from opponents.

As for the fans and supporters, their team’s jersey and gear mean a lot as they take a lot of pride in owning one and wearing it proud and loud. It’s simple to change how others view you and your team and as well how you and your team feel about yourself. Here are 8 do’s and don’ts considering you need to consider when it comes to team gears.

1. Do make sure your players match

Uniformity is major tagline when it comes to the team. Whether it is formal dressing or any training session, it is important that your player’s dresses match and your team looks like a team on and off the field. Setting a primary color and primary dress code is very important. This move can go a long way to make your team look like a cohesive unit.

2. Do Give your team a competitive advantage

When everyone’s dresses in the team matches, it increases everyone’s self-esteem which is a major factor when it comes to performance and boost in confidence is an easy way to get the most out of the players. Matching gears helps the team members to feel attached to one another and effectively increases confidence and improves the team’s moral and psychologically enhance athletic performance.

3. Don’t-let your team look unprepared

When a team goes for an away game wearing mismatched gears and jersey, it makes them look unprepared and detached from one another. The unpreparedness of a team can boost the opponent’s morale. Set the standard as soon as you get to the opponent’s facility and let your players carry that attitude to the field.

4. Don’t-ignore the details

Every single thing is important when it comes to the team. Even small details like sock’s hoops color, shoelaces’ color can make one player seem out of place. While small details are easy to overlook but these are the things that unify a team. When even a small details match like gloves, logo on the chest, they make a significant impression on the opposing team.
Apparently, these are the rules when it comes to the team, but there are separate rules when it comes to fans and supporters. As a sports fanatic myself, do’s and don’ts apply to every own donning the gear.

5. Don’t-let your shirt touch the ground

Team shirt and jerseys’ are the pride of a team. It is embodied with the club’s crest and putting it down to the ground is like you are disrespecting your team, clubs and fans. This rule applies to both team members and supporters.

6. Do-Wear the home colors at the home game

Every sports team has home and away colors. If you are going to a home game, always wear a home color shirt, it provides a feeling of connection that you are close to other supporters. For example, let’s take the famous group of supporters of Borussia Dortmund, their main stand of Westfalenstadion is called a Yellow wall. The reason is that their hoe color is yellow and the supporters all wear that yellow home shirt and that powers up the team’s confidence and attitude.

7. Don’t-wear a team’s jersey when a team is not playing

This is a talk of common sense, why would you wear a team’s shirt to a game when they are not playing? You will be abused by the opponent’s supporter plus you would be an outcast in the stand and you would the content of laughter.

8. Don’t wear your rivals team gear

“You can change your wife, your politics, your religion, but never, never can you change your favorite football team.” (Eric Cantona, Manchester United) Like the quote states, you should never ever wear a rival’s shirt, it’s just wrong. Team loyalty comes first of anything.
